I ordered a lipstick after looking at the swatches on joliebeauty.co.uk, and I wasn’t totally sure what to expect because colours can be a bit different online.
When it arrived, it was pretty much the same shade as it looked on my screen. Maybe just slightly deeper, but not in a bad way. Made choosing a lot easier, so yeah, really happy with it.

Finding my shade was way easier than I expected, which felt like a small miracle. I was ready for the usual struggle, but it actually worked out quickly. My only dramatic little complaint is that I really wish they had more deeper shades, because the range could definitely go further.

I came across Jolie Beauty when I was trying to figure out how to actually use lashes properly, because I always feel like there’s some trick everyone else knows and I somehow missed it. Then I ended up clicking through a few of their guides, and they were really easy to read, not overly polished or full of confusing beauty terms, just simple explanations that made sense.
The eye makeup tips and lash care stuff were genuinely helpful too, like the kind of advice you can actually see yourself trying instead of just saving and forgetting about. It made me feel a bit more confident messing around with lashes and makeup on my own, which was nice because I usually overthink it...

It went on easy and didn’t give me much trouble. So far I’m happy with it, but if it doesn’t hold up well over time, I’ll probably look for a different option next time.

They did get back to me in the end, but I had to follow up twice before I got a reply. Not terrible, just slower than I expected

I was looking for a few Jolie Beauty bits and, to be fair, most of what I wanted was actually in stock, which was a nice surprise. I always half expect the popular shades to be gone, and one of them was, but still, not bad overall.

The site itself was easy to use too. I hate when something looks available and then suddenly disappears at checkout, but that didn’t happen here, so that was good. Also ended up browsing other stuff I didn’t need, obviously.

Only thing is I wish restocks were a bit quicker, especially for certain shades. If that one shade had been available I’d probably give it 5 stars, but it was a good experience anyway

The colors actually show up really well, and I only needed about two swipes to get the look I wanted. I’m always a little wary because I don’t really trust customer service to be much help if something’s off, but thankfully this worked fine and I didn’t have to deal with any of that.

I really like browsing Jolie Beauty because the range is actually good and not just the same boring bits you see everywhere. There are loads of lashes, brushes, palettes and different styles, which makes it easy to find what I’m after without hopping between a bunch of shops. That said, sometimes there’s almost too much choice and I end up overthinking it, but I guess that’s not the worst problem to have. Overall, I’d say it’s a great selection and I’ll probably keep going back...

I really appreciate that the ingredients are easy to find instead of being tucked away somewhere. I don’t know, it just gives me a better feeling right away when I can quickly see what I’m putting on my skin.

I had a small issue and, i was expecting it to take a while because I’d already had a busy morning and just wanted to get it sorted before making lunch. Thankfully, they dealt with it really quickly and made the whole thing stress-free.

It ended up taking longer than I expected, which was frustrating. I understand delays can happen, but not being able to count on the original timeline definitely made me trust the process a bit less.

It didn’t go patchy either, so it felt reliable throughout the day. By the evening it had faded a little, so I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but it’s still better than a lot of others I’ve tried. I’d give it 4 stars and would feel comfortable ordering again.
